When is the lions head annual lawn sale for the hospital auxiliary?

    • Hi Gary, The Lion’s Head Hospital Auxiliary annual yard sale at the Lion’s Head arena is being held on Saturday, July 8th from 8am-1pm and Sunday, July 9th from 10am to noon. These are last years times – they have not yet confirmed times with us for this year, but I’m guessing they will be the same. Hope this helps!

I happened to be invited to see the quilt that the ladies of the Light and Life chapel church in Tobermory are in the process of making for Canada’s 150th birthday. It’s spectacular! They meet every Monday at 10 a.m. and quilt together on a project. I think People would be interested to see this quilt…perhaps you should ask if they would allow you to do a piece in the newspaper about it.Thanks…Kathy Engel
